Shipping Destinations
Baobab Energy ships exclusively within South Africa. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping Method & Costs
We use Standard Shipping for all orders.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been dispatched, please allow the following estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Back-ordered items: Up to 15 business days (when stock needs to be sourced from our supplier)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location within South Africa, public holidays, and courier volumes. You will be notified if your order is subject to a longer lead time due to a back-order.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Special Handling — Energy Monitors
Emporia energy monitors are precision electronic devices. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your device arrives safely and in full working condition. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (see below) and retain all original packaging for inspection purposes.

At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical delivery address when placing your order.
